Medical Malpractice

The policy is designed to cover all of your liability when providing treatments to your clients. Limits available are £1,000,000, £2,000,000 and £5,000,000 and £10,000,000.

If you own a clinic or have equipment kept at home then you will need to insure it against any damage, theft or breakdown so that you can continue to operate your business.

If you are injured and are unable to work, our policy can pay you until you recover. 

If you have a premises, you will also need to consider having public liability cover so that you are protected in the event a member of the public injures themselves at your premises.

Is cover to protect you and your employees if you have any. It is a mandatory legal requirement to have this type of policy if you employ any staff.

Additional legal protection including cover for costs associated with Contract Disputes, Debt Recovery and Employment Disputes.

Who is Keep Cover?

Keep Cover is a specialist insurance broker who provide insurance policies for aesthetic practitioners. We are a new provider but have built our business based on many years of working within the industry.

If you are providing treatments to clients, you should have insurance in place to protect you in the event that something goes wrong. Insurance can cover you not only for the treatments and care you provide but your premises, equipment and other liabilities you may have as a business owner.

Medical malpractice insures you in the event that something goes wrong as a result of treatment or advice you may have provided to a client. It covers your legal liabilities and any costs associated with a complaint or claim that is made against you or your business.

As well as medical malpractice cover, we offer packages to cover your clinic whether based at home or in a commercial setting. We cover equipment stock, public liability, product liability and employers’ liability. We also offer personal accident cover you which could provide you with financial reimbursement in the event you are injured and unable to work.

We pride ourselves on our knowledge and experience and can offer you the reassurance that you will be fully covered for all business eventualities. In addition to the insurance, we provide advice and education on how best to protect yourself and be prepared for all situations.

We provide cover for all non-surgical aesthetic treatments from injectables, facial rejuvenation, weight loss treatments, hair transplant and many more. We have great relationships with industry manufacturers and distributors and are proactive in being able to provide cover to new treatments and procedures when they become available on the market.  

We accept payment in full by credit/debit card or BACS. We can offer finance to allow you to pay for the policy in installments via our third-party provider. Please note this will increase the overall cost and will incur additional interest and fees.
